The POLICY below applies to orders placed between August 1st and October 18, 2020.
In the past few weeks we have had more customer complaints in regards to long delivery times of packages than in the last six years combined.
If your Meluna package is taking a long time, please know that you’re not alone.
Currently transit times of three weeks are not uncommon. With the removal of a large amount of sorting machines time in transit has greatly increased and many days can pass without a new scan.
This generally does not mean your package is lost. It’s just taking a really, really long time.
But it says it was delivered!
Having packages marked as delivered when they’re still in transit is another thing that has increased a lot this summer.
What generally happens is a package is marked delivered but didn’t actually arrive at the destination. Delivery may occur as much as one week after it’s marked delivered.
What can we do?
We have added the option to ship via Fedex in addition to USPS for customers who need their package to be more trackable and potentially faster.
Unfortunately Fedex tends to be about 3 times as expensive as USPS.
For customers waiting on current orders we suggest the following action plan:
- If your package shows it is still in transit please be patient. If your package shows no update from last tracing for 14 days please contact us.
- If your package shows delivered please be patient. If your package does not arrive within a week after being marked delivered please contact us.
