Where’s my package? Postal Delays 2020

The POLICY below applies to orders placed between August 1st and October 18, 2020.

In the past few weeks we have had more customer complaints in regards to long delivery times of packages than in the last six years combined.

If your Meluna package is taking a long time, please know that you’re not alone.

Currently transit times of three weeks are not uncommon. With the removal of a large amount of sorting machines time in transit has greatly increased and many days can pass without a new scan.

This generally does not mean your package is lost. It’s just taking a really, really long time.

But it says it was delivered!

Having packages marked as delivered when they’re still in transit is another thing that has increased a lot this summer.

What generally happens is a package is marked delivered but didn’t actually arrive at the destination. Delivery may occur as much as one week after it’s marked delivered.

What can we do?

We have added the option to ship via Fedex in addition to USPS for customers who need their package to be more trackable and potentially faster.

Unfortunately Fedex tends to be about 3 times as expensive as USPS.

For customers waiting on current orders we suggest the following action plan:

  • If your package shows it is still in transit please be patient. If your package shows no update from last tracing for 14 days please contact us.
  • If your package shows delivered please be patient. If your package does not arrive within a week after being marked delivered please contact us.

How should you contact us?

To more efficiently respond to inquiries we have created this form to gather all information necessary to complete each request. We hope this will help us process the requests more accurately and with less back and forth via email.

Please allow up to five business days after submitting the form for your refund or new shipping confirmation.

This form is no longer accepting request. The policy applied to orders placed between August 1st and October 18th

I love working with menstrual cups and reusable menstrual products! I have been actively involved in the menstrual cup industry for 8 years, including FDA clearance, consulting and sales. I would like to share some of my insider knowledge with the public. I strongly feel that while there is a really great amount of info about menstrual cups on the internet there is also quite a bit of misinformation or simply lack of understanding. That's why I created this blog. I have worked with multiple brands but am currently associated with Meluna USA. I currently run two blogs: The "MeLuna USA" blog which can be visited on the MeLuna USA website and "Cups - The Inside Scoop". Many of the info given on both will apply to both. Note that the "Cups- The Inside Scoop" is more general with the goal to share truthful information in a way that allows you to apply it to any cup brand you're interested in.
